Ja Myung (Yohan) Cha

As a Chief Executive Officer of Blueapple Asset Management,

Ja Myung brings over 20 years of experience in finance, as well as 5 years of being a founder and CEO at Capital of Golden Bridge (CGB).

He also served as chief fund manager and president of Korea Investment Management Co. in Korea.

In 2022, Jamyung was awarded for contributing towards the Korean economic development. This award is given to a person who has raised the status and national prestige of the Republic of Korea.

 

He is responsible for the overall investment commitments where he specializes in Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) and corporate financing services. He discovers and evaluates companies that wish to be listed on NASDAQ and other global markets.

 

​Ja Myung is an active writer, columnist, and lecturer, seen in various media and published several books. He also runs a private hedge fund equity club as a fund manager in Korea now days and is an active investor for various products in many countries.

Ryan Kim

Vice President

Chief Communication Officer

Ryan Kim has over 10 years of experience working in the corporate development sector with a variety of public and private companies in Canada. In addition, Ryan worked as a regional district manager at a South Korea public company, giving him exposure to public company processes both nationally and internationally.

 

Ryan has developed his career serving as a Corporate Development & Securities Compliance Officer and Professional IPO Consultant, as well as an independent Director in the Canadian Public Corporation sector. Ryan has exposure to variety of industries, including construction, real estate development and renewable energy industries.

Mr. Kim currently holds the position of Vice-President at Korea Operation of QMC Quantum Minerals Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: QMC) and Consultant of First Hydrogen Corp. (TSX Venture Exchange: FHYD) publicly listed companies based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

As the Chief Operating Officer at Blueapple Asset Management and CEO of Blueapple Reits Fund Management LTD, Eric brings over 20 years of global experience in the IT industry. He is a strategic entrepreneurial leader who leads the industry through a strategic lens while weaving in risk management, divergent thinking, and effective organizational management practices.

 

Eric is a dynamic senior executive with over 15 years of experience in consulting and emerging overseas start-up companies and designing marketing strategies for diverse clients.

 

He has a strong background in implementing strategic planning with exceptional expertise in IT, bio-health, and government-mandated programs.

Gary Anderson

Vice President, Strategic Consulting

As the Vice President - Strategic Consulting of Blueapple Asset Management, Gary brings over 35 years in trading and market-making for various venture companies as well as participating in numerous Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Secondary Offerings, and Private Placements. Gary is primarily engaged in private investing and exploring other public companies.

 

Gary brings expertise from his global experience in mineral and diamond exploration, oil, gas, and geothermal energy industries where he has successfully assisted in helping to turn various companies' secondary funding offer into private placements.

Yong Park

Vice President

Chief International Marketing Officer

As the Vice President - Chief International Marketing Officer for the U.S. region at Blueapple Asset Management, Yong oversees diverse investment projects, including U.S. NASDAQ stock exchange listings. Yong established Washington Dental Group (WDG) in 2002 and has over 20 years of professional experience and expertise in venture investment and finance, particularly in IT start-ups, biotech, and medical science while also operating and advising private investment funds.

 

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Yong facilitated the supply of Korea's essential Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in collaboration with the U.S. government and Korean medical device companies, including Samsung Electronics.

 

Yong holds key leadership roles within the Korean American business community. He serves as the Vice President of KACCUSA (Korean American Chambers of Commerce USA), an organization with a presence spanning 79 branches across the United States. Furthermore, he takes on the role of President at KACCWA (Korean American Chamber of Commerce Washington state). In these capacities, he actively supports and promotes promising Korean companies seeking to establish a presence in the U.S. market. His efforts contribute significantly to fostering seamless business partnerships and cultural exchanges between Korea and the United States.
